Luxury vehicle is not a Toyota Avalon! Extra charge for additional driver. Couldn't cancel rental and put under other name because it was booked through third party website. Vehicle we finally got after mentioning Toyota isn't luxury was nice. Had to ask though. Only one key given. Vehicle in demonstration mode and talked the whole time. Obnoxious.
Worst experience I have ever had with any company to date. Despite reserving two months prior and re confirming an hour before arrival they had zero cars to rent and horrible customer service from the beginning of the conversation at this location. Avis was great and took care of us, despite no reservation.
Easy, friendly service. All of the rental car companies are in same area in Key West airport. No hassle, car was clean and full of gas. Will use again!
