We have been wanting to rent a Jeep for a while, but where we live, there isn't much of it. When we found out we could do it in Key West, we decided to take this opportunity to do so! Steve was super helpful and his mom was extremely nice. They were very attentive and made sure they explained everything and made sure we had everything we needed for our 24hr rental. We reserved a day in advanced and we were even able to do an early pick up of 8am so that we could get more time with it! Seriously enjoyed our experience with the Jeep. So much that we can't wait to get one of our own!
Awesome! These are the nicest people I have met in the Keys! They don't nickel and dime you to death. They are so accommodating! You would have to be insane to rent anywhere else!!! The jeeps are awesome and very well kept.. We couldn't go anywhere without someone complimenting us on our Jeep! The price was great as well!!

Steven Crane helped us with our paddle board rental. He was exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond any other customer service experience I've had recently. I wish we had done all of our rentals through them. I do recommend calling and talking to a person, you may get a better deal than online.
Do not go to the big chains to rent a fun vehicle for your visit to the keys. Sally and her team provide an awesome service. The Jeep was awesome and fun to drive. We had a very small issue with the performance of the new jeep. It did not cause us any problems in our day however Sally offered to swap it out and we had been an hour away. We kept the vehicle and when we got back to the store after hours Sally drove us back to our hotel. You will not get that kind of treatment anywhere else. I highly recommend Key West Jeep and will tell my friends to use them and I reserve my Jeep on my next trip to the Keys.
Jeeps are new and shiny, very well maintained, very eye catching and attracts lots of attentions. Sally the owner and her staffs are very friendly and gave lots of advices on nearby dining and attraction options.
Best thing is you can return the car after hours. You can even use their free Wi-Fi to call a ride back to the resort. We had a blast.
