Front desk personnel was no help. Was not knowledgeable of company policy. Very rude. Would not recommend.
I'm traveling since 1982 all over the world. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company. There was an issue with our reservation and the receptionist turned out to be unhelpful and really unfriendly. So I made the mistake to lose my temper. I thought she would call her manager to sort out the issue but she called the police instead. Even with the help of the police officer, she didn't even try to compromise. Worse, she even asked the receptionist of the other car rental company (Dollar) not to let us get a car, what she did. What a pitiful image of the American customer service they sand for. One star because I couldn't rate less.
My goto car rental! I’ve always had pleasant experiences when renting from budget. All my rentals have been reservations booked weeks in advanced. I don’t know if it makes any difference, but I’ve never had any issues with pickup or drop off.
agree on horrible customer service. arrived at counter to rent a car, was told that the only cars remaining were luxury and passenger vans, went thru priceline and did the reservation while standing there. the clerk was pissed! asked me if I "just did that' then proceeded to say that I'd have to wait for at least 30 minutes. added insurance that I declined, tried to charge me for gas when I returned the car despite giving him the gas receipt. got home and noticed charges on my credit card for the insurance and gas. after calling both priceline and budget, I'm supposed to have my gas charge refunded. watch out and use Dollar if possible, Kim there is AWESOME and always insures a great experience. I tried to save a few bucks and ended up paying WAY MORE
Easy, no hassle, friendly staff, offered me a mustang convertible for a great price but I stuck with the sedan I ordered
