We picked up our car late in the evening and noticed on the way to hotel it was not running well. I called in the morning to see of we could switch to another car and was placed on hold for 5 minutes until I gave up. Called back a little later 3 times and nobody answered the phone. This is during business hours, so the phone should not just be ignored.
