I'm not a big butterfly guy, but I have to say this was pretty cool. If your looking for something fun to do and show your lady friend your softer side this is it. Margie is super nice and very helpful.
This place is a hidden gem in Key West. It's a very reasonably price tour of butterflies. It can be rented out for weddings. The jewelry and all of the items in the store part are made in house. We bought some really nice/unique gifts to bring home as gifts.
Nice butterfly place and large gift shop for the size of the exhibit itself. Would probably give it 5 stars but we have a huge butterfly conservatory on the US/Canada border so I have to say I've seen a better one. Not their fault, but the exhibit could be bigger if they made the giant gift shop a little smaller.
The gift shop is well stocked and some of their items are unusual and beautiful. The butterfly garden is relatively small but well maintained, full of colorful and active butterflies, a few birds, and lots of colorful plants. The cost of admission is very fair. My mother and I really enjoyed our visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
What a extraordinary place. Both butterflies and birds..very calming atmosphere.. 100"s of butterflies..some landing on everyone.. let's not forget about the flamingos.. beautiful
