Recently I was given a family heirloom from my mother in law. A heart and diamond pendant. Unfortunately 2 of the diamonds fell out while I was cleaning it. I panicked I called around looking for someone to fix it. I went to two shops in key West and was told they could replace the diamonds for a crazy price but couldn't tell me why the diamonds fell out. I was not satisfied with this so I continued my search to fix this necklace pendant. Then I found magnificent jewels. The staff was very knowledgeable they knew the necklace ment alot too me. So for a great price not only did they replace the two diamonds but also knew the dimonds would continue to fall out bc they were glued into the gold peice. So she added gold to secure all diamonds in place. When it came time to pick it up i was literally sick thinking it would look different. OMG I COULDN'T TELL IT WAS EVER BROKEN!!! she did such a great job I could have cried the dingy falling apart necklace I dropped off. Looked good as new and the design was not altered in any way. I'd give 10 stars if I could please do your self a favor and swing by magnificent jewels. P.s. I am a local house keeper and this is my honest and true opinion
