Bought a $8000.00 Brietling watch and was promised a watch winder box. It would be sent to me. This was in april still waiting for the for the box . this is now dec. Called many times and spoke to manager Carlos. Still waiting. Called main office with negative results. The sales person was nice. The results are poor. I have bought 2 Brietings from this company. Will I do it again. Never. Beware of promise that will never be fulfilled. Its 2 years now still no winder.. but do buy from Lacey she was great..

Bonnie knows her stuff and is great with people. Loved our impulsive purchase and great experience. We will see them again next year and maybe get a Breitling! Wishful thinking....
