Really wonderful customer service. Kurt was helpful, answered all my questions, had me in and out with a new phone in no time, and was funny on top of it. I was really impressed and appreciated the attention to details.
Absolutely the best service I've had. We switched to Verizon from sprint because it was terrible. The person who helped us was Nana. She was amazing, made the whole process easy and quick! Not to mention she drove all the way from marathon at another store location just to come help us out. We couldn't have thanked her enough! Thanks again to the wonderful staff at the Verizon retailer store next to bodyzone!!!!

Unbelievable service!!! Was attending a destination wedding at the Southern Most House on Saturday. Dropped my phone in the pool at 2:00. Met Brett at Verizon at 3:00. Was back at the wedding at 4:00 with a new phone who's camera, was hands down superior over all of my relatives I-Phone's. And did I mention it was water proof? Brett hooked me up with contacts, photos, email accounts and new features. Thank You Brett for the new S8+!!! It's working great.
I was shocked to find in my phone a "review" I had made. I never reviewed my experience as "Great", etc. If you do service here, check your reviews. Obviously my fake review was entered into my new phone before I left. Also notice 2 out of the 3 GREAT reviewers have no other reviews to their account. Suspect
