My iMac suddenly died and she was able to consult me over the phone and shared the process for what happens next. She was very realistic about the turnaround, and when it ran one day over what I had hoped, she was very thorough in explaining why instead of leaving me worrying that something might have gone wrong. She also was conscious of cost-saving efforts for me, which I really appreciated as well. Absolutely perfect customer service, and a fresh new fixed computer as an added bonus! I will absolutely be using them again.
