Not worth the star I had to give them. The Sprint Store by Winn Dixie has had nice people to work with on a face to face basis when you go in the store. New customers be warned. I have an existing account with sprint that was started with a buy out promotion of my former cellular company and a buy one phone get a phone promotion. My wife and I went in to check it out and all seemed good the mostly bill would go down and they felt like we would owe very little to nothing to get out of the former cellular contract. We were disappointed to find out that we would have to pay about $700 to get out of the contract and this info came after the 30 days to cancel contract. That we chalked up to bad luck. Our monthly bill was $147 and we were told to give it a couple of months and it would go down to about $100/ month when all the promotional stuff kicked in. This never happened. I called Sprint and talked to people on multiple occasions that said they fixed the problem and it would reflect next billing period. This never happened. I finally got someone high enough up or willing to talk to me from Sprint that said our account was set up with the wrong phones and we were not elligible that I had to take it up with the store ( Sprint by Winn Dixie ) I did and was told there after a couple of days they made a mistake and would send a $500 credit card to offset our loss, but it would take 2-3 weeks for this to come. It did not come. I went back to the store after waiting a month and a half and found out the person that I was working with was no longer there. Nonetheless an employee said he would look into it and call me back with more information. He didn't call. so I did and informed me he had talked with the previous employee I worked with and it would take 2 -5 days for things to get worked out and then they would call. They did not call. After 6 days I went back in and he said he had my number and the regional manager Ron was fighting with big Sprint and I would be called with news. I've been very patient tried to let them do whats right and honor what they and I agreed to when we opened the account. I'm done. They do not seem to be interested in helping just selling accounts. If you are looking for a cellular provider and live in Key West stay clear of this store and the company. Big Sprint will not help you either if Sprint by Winn Dixie makes a mistake. I'm out a lot of money and continue to pay my monthly bill with no help to solve the mistake made by Sprint.
The spanish guy was amazing! My rep was honest about the pricing and plan choices. He made sure I was happy with my new phone and even made sure everything transferred over! He even helped me get my emails!!
The agent named Taylor was very rude and unprofessional. She yelled at me in front of a store full of people and the supervisor, Britney did not much to stop it. Sprint nor its affiliates should have obnoxious and incompetent people representing them. DO NOT go to this store!
Every time I have a problem with my phone I go to the sprint store and both time Taylor has helped me. She has excellent customer service, and always knows how it fix it. She even helped me transfer my emails. All around amazing! She knows her stuff!!
I came into the store today and opened some lines. they were extremely packed with more reps than work stations(need more computers). there was a guy who was no longer willing to wait and a VERY rude female rep who was sarcastic, loud and just overall unprofessional! she began to argue with the customer until the manager brittany made her just shutup and not argue with the guy. brittany diffused the heated guy and assured him she would do whatever he wanted so e walked out feeling better about the situation. i asked brittany who she was after that and told her they picked the right person for the job! that other girl needs to be fired and she needs to learn the customer is ALWAYS right and you do not argue with them. she is a crutch for your store.
