It was a pleasure having my husky Lilah today in this vet office. The staff was great, very nice and caring for the animals. My puppy is very jumpy and they all understood and treated her with care and love. The vet doctor was amazing, well educated and gave me great information and explanations of what I asked for. This will be my only vet that I go to in key west from now on, I would recommend to anyone !!!
Visiting Key West and my dog hurt her back leg. Selwcted a placenear our hotel.The front staff was not very friendly and quickly told me to go to another vet because they were booked. When I pressed to see if they could fit her in, they highly recommended we go to the othervet clinics in the area. Not a warm welcome. All Animal Clinic, one key up was very nice and happy to help.
The receptionist/assistant with BLUE hair was so obnoxious I had to walk out. She is a disgrace to the office and others who work there.
I am not one that does reviews, I have gone here for years and I've shopped @ their store Dog Outfitters for yrs. The girl (receptionist)with black hair, I too felt was rude. After waiting in a room 45 minute or more, with a little dog with a broken leg (they scheduled an xray) she sent the Dr. to another room of someone who had just come in. I mentioned it to the receptionist and her reply was, "would I like to reschedule?" Really..?! and knowing she was there because her leg may be broken.
