Yet, I continually asked the doctor for my dog and implored her not to cause an unnecessary bad rating of them for the delay/bad treatment/threats , and SHE YELLED " for what?... for you being IMPATIENT AND UNREASONABLE?!".

Our appointment was at 8:15 AM, so we arrived 10 minutes early,at 8:05 AM. "First patient of the day" , as the lead doctor told us the week prior.

To the staff: continue to do what you do. Without knowing it, you put smiles on pet owners. and make a bad situation feel like you are experiencing it with us like a family. Thank you!

The entire staff is caring and loving, they make every visit as easy and stress free as possible. They take time to listen and answer all questions and I love that they follow up with a personal call when my fur-baby is ill. It's obvious they are deeply caring and concerned for all animals but they always treat my little Oliver like a prince and of course he is. Ollie and I both could not be happier with their loving care.

Is that what I was doing? Really? An appointment wait time from 8 AM to past 4 PM , virtually open to close! No food?No water?!for my skinny-puppy? since 8 PM the previous night , 20 hours prior?

Dr Ziegler was very professional and knowledgeable as well as kind to my dog. They fit me in promptly and provided excellent service.

Upon entering their office, the very first to greet you are the growling/barking/howling "office dog" that they keep in the front of the office, and the growling piece of "work"receptionist, who is prone to smarmy whispers with the other receptionist about nearly every other client/coworker she came in contact with, notably, the long dark haired 'athletic' ,co-worker wearing spandex, not scrubs like the others.

*sorry 4 typos, i'm upset n couldn't sleep

Also,While signing a consent form , I noticed my dogs lab work Results from last week, stating with anatomy/physiology jargon about cancerous-like nodes/masses in my dog.COOL WAY TO FIND OUT.

These pitiful, discontent (professionals?=the lead Dr. and both front staff) people lied to me multiple times about the reason for delay after (schedule-mix-ups, emergencies, waiting for results) delay after delay. Waiting for the lab results , which I had previously seen over 7 hours earlier, and read at 8 AM , was one of the main lies told to my friend and I.

I knew it was a lie and said nothing until I had had enough! After 7+ hours , I requested my dog and her paperwork for her labs. I was told by the surly front desk gestapo, that I had 2 choices, I could be patient and wait or I could just wait. After requesting for the forth time, I wanted to leave with my dog and her papers, I was told that "by law ,we can delay giving to you , your paperwork for 24 to 48 hours" as a threat for me wanting to take my dog and leave. I loudly complained that no other clients had the same treatment/threats that I was being singled out for!

Yes! I became very irate and by now, i may have very easily said "Confound It All and Damn-it-All-To-Hell !" to the universe, not to her. Also, after stating my desire to have my dog and paperwork, I was later threatened with a call to the police for "raising my voice and cursing".

3 Nov 17- My faithful companion, Choco, went in for check up on Friday. He wasn't himself since the night before. It took the doctor just a quick peek with the ultrasound machine to find out his insides were covered with tumors. He had surgery a year and a half ago for the same thing but this time he was just not himself anymore. The doctor explained everything to us and reiterated that he was suffering. She explained it was up to us what we wanted to do. She offered that if we were not ready to make the hard decision yet, we could take him home and wait until we were ready. We knew it was the end, so as we cried as a family we made the decision to end his suffering. The staff was amazing, from the receptionist to the doctor and everyone in between. They put us in a cozy room to spend as much time as we needed to say our good byes. There was no rush and even though we all knew what was about to happened the staff continued to give him treats, food and water all the way to the end ..... this really touch my heart. When the time came, they treated him with respect and love and for that I thank them. I was so impressed by their overall demeanor and treatment to all of us but especially to our sweet Choco.

I Didn't Like the Shabby Treatment me n my girl got!. On my island, HONOR MATTERS. All Animal Clinic Has No Honor.

Trust is Paramount. It's unfortunate for us trusting long-time Islanders. Bruthah, we go at our own pet's risk, , Is "Ole Red" Worth It ,Bubba?

We also will no longer need the services of this Notorious Stock Island vet , Nor will we be recommending this vet to any of our friend/peer/professional nor tourism contacts.

I witnessed that while sitting on the spartan hardwood waiting bench.

My kitty Dolly had never been to the vet before but everyone was so kind and caring. Thank you for making her first visit so easy!

By 4:15 the dog still hadn't been seen. As I waited in the waiting room ,several clients were seen ahead of us. One gentleman came in and exclaimed he was over 25 minutes late. Staff assured him "no problem". And, an hour later , after he was seen ,he was on his way.

I was gently warned a couple years ago by golf buddies, that, All Animal Clinic, can be $weet, yet turn bad on you later.

Also ,Threatening me,the client? I arrived for help! NOT distress. I Feel that the All Animal Clinic has long ago Tarnished their own Reputation and they may continue.

About 3:15 PM , staff found me outside speaking to my friend who referred me to All Animal Clinic. Staff tried , unconvincingly and disingenuously to explain/kind-of-apologize("sorry your not happy waiting" ) for my discomfort with the prioritization/about the mix-up/delays/reasons/good reasons/great reasons for our long wait and that HEY! the dog would eventually be seen.

"Good Luck" to this establishment of LIARS.
