Worst experience we have ever had. Advertised as Historical Tour I know the history of St. Augustine through reading books and this is not even remotely close to being a historical tour. We spent a lot of time asking questions to make sure that those of us who were handicapped did not have to walk this tour. We were assured that we would not be walking. That evening we drove to location their agent marked on map. Arrived only to find out there was a bus but we could not get on because it was the right bus wrong location. We had to drive around trying to find out where the right location was by stopping and asking people. Found bus and got on and drove a couple of blocks and were ushered off bus to go on a walking tour which our senior handicapped members could not do so were relegated to sitting on a bench in the cold. Saw nothing. Went back on bu drove short distance were ushered off bus and placed on bench and waited in cold for the walking tour to finish. Spent $70. to sit on benches in the cold. For those who went on tour, there was absolutely nothing about the true history of St. Augustine. The tour ended with not one person knowing the relevant history of St. Augustine which in reality is fascinating. Each one of us plan to tell ten people and we ask each person to tell ten more people. Do not waste your money. Promised refund which was never received.
