These people go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. They offer a concierge service free of charge, they stay in touch before and during your stay to ensure everything is going great and to answer any questions. Shannon was our guest service coordinator and she was awesome. They even had little extras waiting for us in our condo when we arrived. They made us feel like VIP guests. I would highly recommend this agency and would choose their properties the next time I vacation in Key West.
