*update we just had to check out early due to severe symptoms of black mold poisoning the lady in the front didn't care and we couldn't even get Money refunded for the time we had left we had to leave at 3pm just couldn't do it anymore !

Excellent!!!! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel. Clean, comfortable, good working AC and appliances. Pool was very nice and all the amenities too. The staff is very friendly and welcome you with a smile. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at the keys. This is from now on my go to place .
TV on and off all day all night broke
Moldy carpet, wood on the windows are rotten and painted over, bed is very hard, room is very small kinda like a closet.. i feel very uncomfortable here
*the staff moving your cars are not licensed valet porters
*Drugs deals, homeless on corner to risky to walk dogs after dark being asked if we want to buy drugs ridiculous
Water damage roaches and rats
Uneven floors in room makes you dizzy
*TV turns off all day and night basically broke.
*Breakfast is late the office doesn't open til 8am and closes at 8 pm which is really inconvenient not having someone on property.
Just don't do it!! I had to make a list because I couldn't keep up with all the problems and it all started when we arrived they have all there stuff backwards. I don't normally go by other people's reviews and I usually see for myself...I wish I would have listened on this one here's a list this place ruined my honeymoon never been happier to leave somewhere normally people want to stay but we couldn't get a refund to even go somewhere else here's a list that I have for now....*Doesn't lock gates like I was told they did for security purposes.
*no where for dogs to walk was told to walk them at the church down the street gravel and stone everywhere no grass
*small parking lot they have you give them your keys so they can move your car around bc there is not enough parking
*reservation mess ups had to switch us bc people over stayed in the one I picked ended up staying in a different lower class room

No door knobs in fact the are just dead bolts
Nasty grill spent and hour just getting it clen enough to use at least one side
We stayed at the wicker house here and had a great time. The pool is nice with plenty of seating and the rooms were to be expected at more of a budget hotel. We did find 2 cock roaches in the bathroom across our stay, but it's key west and that kind of thing happens, our room was pretty cleanly overall and a good deal for the price. They had construction going on while we were there but that isn't a reason to give a bad review. Breakfast could be better with more free options.
Great Place, Rooms were very clean and updated. Service was exceptional. Key west is the best, and this place is a great asset. Parking is a pain in the A$#, but it is everywhere.

my golf cart rental blocked in I paid for night rides didn't get to use it even after I got the keys .
