We order delivery from here all the time. Today I ordered a 1/2 dozen of Conch Fritters and a Fried Chicken sandwich w/bacon and cheese. The Conch Fritters had no taste however, the dipping sauce is very tasty. The Chicken sandwich was huge7 and delicious. I'd like to mention Monica and her great customer service attitude when taking food orders. The lady who took the order today was rude.

I called placed an order oid with my credit card. Literally 1 min after I quickly called to add two items & they said they could not add to the order that it will have to be a new order meanwhile the already charges $1.50 for delivery fee and I would have to pay another $1.50 . Like are you kidding me? Two delivery fees for the same address byou are going to? And we are regular customers and not to mention that delivery address is literally 1 or 2 mins away!? Then I asked the lady what if you just cancel my order and I can reorder it? She said no we can't do that if we do then we will cancel your service meaning they won't service me any more. Wow!! What great customer service you guys have Kim's Kuban! Never again will I order there!! They should be ashamed. It's us locals that keep them going you know? Smh.

Totally fell in love with the Pork Tostones. My first (2) orders I was given four, today I got 3 nonetheless, one of my new favorites.
Service was quick and frita was tasty. Menu is not long but have decent choice. They only serve till 5pm weekdays, would be better if they extend the hours.
