Loved this place!! Great food, pricing and people. The pigeons are good beggars but they ask you not to feed them.
Words cannot express how good this food stand/market is. Everything is phenomenal and tasty. It's all fresh and seemingly hand made. Nothing generic or cheap. THAT BREAD THO!!! It's a nice atmosphere too. Super friendly staff.
Outside seating with fans. Close to the southern most point.
My tip: Keep in mind they close at 3pm. So don't think you have all day to get there.
The steak, egg and cheese sandwich on Cuban bread was delicious. Prices are kinda high, the wait was a bit longer than we'd hoped so we walked thru the grocery store portion of their business. Cute spot, good food. Would go back, just maybe when they weren't so busy.
Came here in 2009 and now in 2016. Same great food and people. Try the Cuban food and coffee. Coffee is espresso type with a Cuban twist.
A gem of a local breakfast and lunch spot. Very reasonable prices and good quality food, despite being in a prime tourist spot - a block from the Southernmost Point and next to a trolley tour stop and souvenir shop. The Cuban sandwich is delicious and satisfying. The bread is fresh and soft. Cafe con leche is top notch. Pictured is the roast pork platter with rice and beans and plantains.
