I love Bk for all my life .. It was my first real Job.. I had worked for many yrs as an assistant. . and i had never seen a Bk like the one on stock island Fl... Wow its the worst service ever. . its always dirty. . i always ask for my nuggets fresh i always get them PRE FRY NEVER FRESH..AND HALF OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE MANAGERS. . SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLACE .... ERNESTO AND MR. STUARD NEED TO DO SOMETHING. . THERE THE OWNERS
It is what it is it's fast food it's not that great wasn't even all that hot you're looking for something that won't make you throw up I guess it'll work
The sodas had no fizz and was told that the fountain's CO2 was intermittent. The drinks tasted like flavored water. The interior of this BK was ratty looking. It looks like they are using the old outdated seats from an old Taco Bell. The service was also slow.
I had never experienced such a bad service in any fast food restaurant. They were extremely slow and bad at making my food. Asked for a whopper without pickles and they put pickles on it. Asked for a milkshake and they didn't shake it so all the oreos were on the bottom. The place was dirty and the workers were talking to each other instead of cleaning it. They were so lazy that I asked for a value drink and the server didn't even want to charge me for it.
Consistently gets the order wrong. On one occasion I repeated the order 3 times and had it told back to me twice only to discover it was totally wrong one we got home.
