Very over crowded. No one puts back their grocery carts, so it scratches up the cars or blocks parking spaces. Police don't monitor area enough, or enforce no parking on yellow painted curbs. Unfortunately lots of homeless hang out, and some sleep in the parking lot in their cars, as Win Dixie grocery stores is a 24 hour place.
Dirty, understaffed, understocked market, no handycap parking inforcement, poor parking lot layout.
