Absolutely disgraceful company. I live in the UK and came to Key West for my honeymoon. Last day decided to wash all my laundry here and they stained all of my white clothes PINK! The woman said i didnt need to pay her the $20 fee and to leave. They should have compensated me for hundreds of dollars of ruined clothes but all she reluctantly gave me was $40. My hotel manager (Ocean Keys Resort) spoke to the owner who said he would investigate and come back. Heard NOTHING and will not answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Nice & efficient. Self-service or drop-off service. New washers and dryers. Clean store. Tables to fold clothes are available. Payment through loadable cards sold on premises. Opens @ 8:00 am and closes @ 10:00 pm, but you can access the store after hours if you have a member card. Air conditioned.
