The one and only time I ever visited this place was a bad experience. After putting my clothes in the washer i put a five dollar bill in the change machine. Lol the machine spit out four quarters and ran dry. I informed the woman who was working there who could barely speak english. She had to pass on the information to the owner and said he would get back in touch with me. Two hours and four texts later the owner finally decided to relent and answer me. He gave the "manager" permission to refund my money after reviewing the footage on the security cameras. If your going to leave someone in charge of your business why wouldnt you also trust them to handle a few dollars change since you have about a dozen security cameras in place anyway? I asked the owner that question and he had no answer. I told him that was a very poor business practice. Several other patrons told me while I was waiting on the owner to return my texts that this sort of thing happened to them before and others as well.
Worst place ever..no water broken machines...no number to speak to for help
Machines were working fine and were clean. Other people using the facilities were very nice.
Machines usually available, probably because everyone knows that they take your quarters. There is no attendant or phone number for recourse so make sure you bring your angle grinder
Hot water doesn't work, cold. Owner offers no legitimate reason or plans to fix it. closes at 10pm but only has a small sign in the very back to notify customers.
