I tried to have a carpet cleaned and called this business. I cannot get anyone to call me back. I tried four times and even spoke to someone who never called me back to schedule the job. I'm thinking this business is someone's hobby and they are not interested in calling back customers and getting new business. Just another typical non-responsive Key West business. Use another company. Thumbs down all the way on this business.
