I stopped in the front lot to adjust my grandchild's car seat, while adjusting the seat a man appeared and I told him I was only stopping to adjust the seat. He came to within 3 feet of me and told me to move my car, and I told him I would as soon as I fixed the seat. He became very angry and yelled this was not parking for the shop next door. I told him I was not parking. He kept moving closer and yelling for me to move my car off his lot. His behavior was very irrational and menacing, My daughter and Grandchildren became frightened. This behavior is intolerable.
