Profit is more important to Mr Beckman than his customers. They recently sold me a dead battery, then convinced me the problem was not the battery but something else. After many hours spent and dollars wasted trying to diagnose the problem, I discovered the battery was defective. When I returned to the store, they didn't have a replacement, and refused to refund my money. I then went to Sears where I bought their top of the line Die Hard Gold battery for $7 less than I paid for the defective battery at Beckmans. Sears promised to refund my money if it didn't work out. Problem solved. I then called Mr Beckman directly and asked him to refund my money. He refused. Obviously the money is more important to Beckman than you or I am. Be warned, and share this with your friends and family to protect them from this thief.
