The Coconut Factory is an interesting place. My brother lived in KW for about a decade, and he once sent the entire family hand-painted Merry Christmas coconuts from this place! He mailed like a dozen coconuts around the country.

Hardly gave me any ice cream and bad customer service. Asked for a scoop of ice cream with two flavors. They barely gave me three spoonfulls full of ice cream. Less then a third of the small cup. Plus the guy who i asked for it was rude and not accomidating. Would not recommend.

Lots of different souvenirs that capture the essence of Key West and the Caribbean, and also some unique ice cream offerings too. Fairly nice little shop.
