The staff was great. The coffee is excellent! And the food was really good as well.
This is without a doubt the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. I actually gave up drinking Dunkin and I LOVE their coffee. They are just a hot mess in EVERY way. It's too bad this tourist town will keep them in business. Locals know better
This’s the BEST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The Dunkin Donuts in Key West has a NEW OWNERSHIP and a NEW MANAGEMENT team. The place is 100% better! Fresh donuts, ice cream, awesome and smiley crew and a fantastic customer service!!! Keep up the great work guys! Fantastic experience!!
This place is ridiculously awful. I think the only reason they are in business is because they are the only DD here. The staff is very professional and move like they are zombies or hungover. 10+ plus minutes per customer. I had to yell to get someone's attention because they had headphones in and weren't paying attention. Just awful.
I love Dunkin' Donuts. But this one is not up to snuff. The staff here were both rude they had hardly any donuts at 9 in the morning. The family and I were disappointed at this experience.
