We packed up a truck, drove more than a thousand miles. My son had been down to look at the moble home, and was promised by Genevieve that it would be fixed and cleaned . I sent a full months deposit. we get there there, is deposits FOR every thing you can think of,. the place smelled, the frig was moldy and there was NO bathroom door! when I menthioned that i expected a clean place & a bathroom door for a full months security landlady gets all rude & says "that has nothing to do with your security". Waters edge is all about taking your money. They do not treat their tenants with respect. When you leave, do not expect that they will be decent and fair with the return of ALL YOUR deposits.. they won't.
