This is a response to the negative review posted recently by Olaf. We greatly appreciate every call we receive and while we do our best to accomodate everyone, it can be a challenge. Clearly there was a misunderstanding in scheduling an appointment. The earliest we had a technician available was at 10:00am however, that was not acceptable. As a result we did the professional thing and suggested another plumber. We are very sorry that we have offended the reviewer since that was not our intention. With over 25 years experience, we are here to serve you at the best possible time. We hope this review helps and look forward to hearing from you.
Not trying to tell you how to conduct business, but I am the second customer who is upset because you have failed to contact the client after you have stood them up. I realize the work order I put in was a non emergency, so it is not seen as a priority. I also realize there was an emergency somewhere else today. Pick up the phone, call your client if your not coming to do the job. Some people take time off of work to meet you at a time because it is mutually beneficial for both the customer and company, e.g. filling a time slot in your calendar and for me getting the work done sooner so I can go to work tomorrow and not stink. (I need a shower) Time is money, and Key West is not a place that is cheap to live. Pick up the phone...
HASKINS RESPONSE TO NEGATIVE REVIEW
Find another plumber! There are plenty of other choices on Key West who actually show up and have much better customer service. After they were an hour late, I called several times without anybody answering the phones. Finally, a lady picked up the phone and I explained who I was, and that the tenant had been been waiting an hour past the window of time we were given. She said they were busy and I said that I understood that stuff happens but a phone call would've been great since our tenant has been waiting. She then said that we should find another plumbing company and hung up!!!!
