Due to my inclination to DIY as a new homeowner, I attempted some plumbing work--restoring hot water to a guest shower--just before family was to arrive on a weekend. Naturally, I made it worse by rupturing a pipe in the process. I was forced to shut off water to the house. I called Frank's and his wife Sandy was sympathetic to my plight. They promptly came out and made the repair, saving us from a weekend with no running water. They've since come out a couple times to make various repairs. They are a great local company that is doing their part to help out people in this area following Irma. No more DIY for me, I'll call Frank's!
Frank and his family have worked with me for years reducing cost for our local charity organization and taking care of the more complicated projects that require higher expertise when we need it. I have always enjoyed their fast service and personal attention. They are great people to work with and always providing free recommendations and useful advise to insure problems are taken care of with the first call.
We had a leak under our townhouse, and Frank's figured out where it was, rerouted around it, hired an electrician and installed a new on-demand water heater, all in one week. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.
FRANKS Plumbing came right out to handle the problem. They were courteous and professional. I believe they were honest when dealing with the problem. Priced reasonably. Highly recommend. I would call FRANKS Plumbing again if ever in need of a repair.
