Didnt get correct order and our pizza was sliced HORRIBLY, and the few jalapenos they decided to add we're all the ends of the pepper no one eats! Very dissatisfied!
I would rate this place 0 stars if i I could. Woman on the phone was very rude, and this was our first experience with Papa Johns, we thought they had an 18 inch pizza. Instead, the woman berated us for not knowing that there was an 18 inch pizza. She should have said, something along the lines of "We do not offer an 18 inch pizza, but we do offer (size) as our largest option." Decided to completely cancel our order after her poor attitude and lack of customer service. Stay away!
If I could give this place a zero star I would. The manager was rude and hung up the phone because I ask if there was any specials, when changing my mind on delivery I decided to go to the store and play the order there, he kicked me out the store because I mentioned his attitude was unexceptionable. This pizza order was intended to feed 100 starving victims of IRMA. I reported here last week to help the victims of IRMA and his attitude makes people have a negative feeling or a sense of not wanting to be here.
The owner of Papa John's is an a**hole who treats his employees horribly. Papa John's can take their pizza and shove it where the sun don't shine.
The owners daughter is about as rude of a person in customer service as I've ever dealt with. They screwed up our order and it never came..... blamed us and didn't want to redo the order. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager and the owners daughter. Never order from these people. I'll report them to Papa John's corporate as well.
