There's 2 of these restaurants in key west the one in old town and new town this one in new town was an absolute terrible experience. We came inside the place it was filthy tables not wiped and bathrooms not maintamed. The person taking our order had a cigarette on her ear and it fell off "oh very apitising". We finally got out food and went home and one of slices that we ordered was just an old pizza with cheese melted on top to make it look more fresh. The other pizza tasted fine except for a dirt unclean task like some one dropped the pizza in dirt. The pizza made me sick and I'm never coming to this location again
Well I tried one more time, ordered naked wings, and the "famous" cheese fries.....well, we received (8) dry bones, and order of under cooked greasy fries without the extra cheese we paid for...very disappointed.. we were told we'll get a full refund.
We ordered two (2) nights consecutively...when ordering wings ask that they're "well" done. Cheese fries were ordered both nights the second night's cheese was rather clumpy and fries were cold. The plain cheese steak was a hit both nights...I do recommend and will try one more time...

Go to the Old Town mr. Z's Newtown is dirty and people don't care about their job or they would at least try to cook and do a better job
Service was great and friendly however the Italian sub was terrible. Roll was stale, there were several drops of oil, the meat was cut very thick. No Italian seasoning, overall terrible!
