The facility is beautiful, but the staff can be a little hit and miss. The front desk ladies are nice the valets are nice my housekeeper is nice but doesn't do very good job.
On of my best experiences in Key West comes while staying in this clean resort. Close proximity to everything that you want to see and do in Duval Street. You will not be disappointed if you make your reservation here.
No longer a Westin property. Now an independent called Margaritaville Resort and Marina. Still a 5 star property.
