Find a hotel with employees who do their job and have better customer relations
Don’t waste your money. Front desk clerk and the breakfast attendant were extremely rude and unprofessional towards me and my wife . Bathroom was dirty, used towels and hair in the shower. When we tried to address the matter, the manger spoke to us like we were idiots. Who wants to dry off with a used towel ?? Not me !!!
Almond Tree staff needs customer care training, absolutely unacceptable attitudes and behavior.
I don’t recommend this hotel. Customer service is 1 Star, the hotels employees have bad attitudes . Rooms are 2 stars , could be higher if they were cleaned better . Breakfast 3 stars , it’s a decent selection of fruit and yogurt . Price point for the room is 1 Star , too expensive for the constant negative encounters with employees.
Over priced .
The A/C is next to the bed and blows straight at the bed. The fridge is on the other side of the bed and is also very noisy.
Our room (107) was on the ground floor and next to the pool. That’s nice, but not so much when you want to sleep and there are people in the pool making noise throughout the night. We should have reported this, but didn’t.

For the high prices I expected a clean room , not hair in the shower. Management became argumentative when I reported the dirty shower. Breakfast bar attendant was mean to my little sister making her cry. Management said they would investigate but they never got back to us on the issue about breakfast attendant.
Almond Tree Inn needs an employee do over
I basically paid $$$ to have a negative experience.
I travel frequently, this hotel has to be on the top for worst service.
The location of the hotel is great so is the staff!
The room was decent (could have been cleaned a little better) but the room rate was incredibly high.
