Usually nice. Downside is pricing and sometimes mosquito infestation near pool. Entrance is a quick turn if your not paying attention.
Beautiful n super staff . Love the rock waterfall. Like being Esther Williams in the large, gorgeous pool. Cabanas great for lounging and reading.
Too many damm fees. Great looking hotel but after all of their fees I felt like I spent over $400 just for a 1 night stay. Incremental insurance fee, hotel fee, plus the price of the room. Why not just include everything into the price of the stay instead of hitting people with ridiculous fees.
Ive stayed here about 6 times. BE ADVISED THAT THEY ARE NOW CHARGING A "RESORT FEE" WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS 28$ PER NIGHT.
Rooms OK. They charged an additional $40 "resort fee" after arriving which was a little deceptive. Pool area would be cool if they would actually clean it. It was full of dirt on the bottom, etc. I had to finally leave the hot tub after unknown small curly hairs floated onto me.
Then we check in the room and the telephone does work and there are ants everywhere! We let the front staff know and the guy came and sprayed so much ant spray. Not so great for an asthmatic kid in the room.

My family and I stayed here for one night. At first glance the hotel is gorgeous. The front staff wasn't too welcoming but they weren't extremely rude either. The pool area is huge and includes a bar. It would help to let ppl know they have iguanas roaming. Pretty large ones. Imagine my surprise when I saw one slide out of the tree while I'm relaxing?!?!?!
