BE VERY AWARE OF YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY.....I am very disappointed in the Mattress Firm corporate warranty. We bought the better quality mattresses in Sept 2014, but because we are seasonal they have only been used for about 1 year. On both mattresses the side wall is breaking down and deteriorating, showing a big sag. My wife and I are not heavy people. There is an obvious manufacturing defect. When I called the warranty department they offered a credit, but the out of pocket cost for a comparable mattresses would still require several hundred dollars out of pocket with additional charges for delivery and set up. They are charging for delivery and set up of a warranty problem. The in store staff tried their best to help, but the corporate warranty rep will just not replace the mattresses. BE VARY AWARE OF YOUR WARRANTY...
