Rooms are clean with decent features. Good views. The best part of the room is the noise isolation from outside. Despite being right next to the major road where cars and bikes and trucks are passing all day and night, the sound proof sliding doors make the room almost completely silent.

I've been trying to get ahold of the hotel for double charging my card on top of all that. I understand they just got hit by a hurricane but I feel completely cheated and disgusted with this business.
Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and spacious rooms! If you want a Hilton, stay at a Hilton and don't complain about small stuff about this place. It is an excellent value! Some of the staff could be friendlier but everybody has off days. Do yourself a favor, pick this place and enjoy the Keys!
For Labor Day weekend me and a few friends decided to take a trip down to key west.
The first night we discovered our groceries had been "chewed" through. We found rodent droppings and other evidence that there was clearly a rat problem. We got moved to another room the THIRD night we stayed there, so we stayed in a rodent infested room for two nights So only ONE night we stayed in a clean room. I tried moving to a different hotel completely but since it was Labor Day weekend I couldn't find anything affordable.
When it came to checking out they only took one night off our stay, which is not okay! Considering we stayed in room that couldn't pass a health inspection for two nights?

We had one bedroom suite for family of 5. Plenty of room. A/c worked great. It's older hotel needs to be updated. There were a few ants. The pool was nice but hot like bath water so not too enjoyable. If u lucky there are about a dozen parking spots under the hotel. Service was good not great.
DO NOT STAY HERE.
