My room was clean upon arrival and daily housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean and well stocked. All of the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool/bar/hot tub area is nice. The pool wasn't heated and was chilly but one could enjoy a "refreshing" dip. My room was described as having a sofa bed and it had a large chair instead and the tv channels were few but who goes to Key West to watch TV? :) Overall a very nice and clean hotel.
Had a wonderful experience at this hotel for my entire 4 day stay. Was in room 113. From checking in (which included meeting the manager) to departure, the entire hotel staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate all needs to above expectations. The room was very clean and housekeeping was very attentive. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for the amazong hospitality!
Brand new hotel right at the beginning of the island. Hotel is beautiful & modern. However, It is very loud. If you are coming to rest in between work and play this may not be for you. The poolside rooms have outside noise from passersby. The walls are thin and you can hear other guests all hours of the day and night. The front desk staff is nice & helpful but, the maids are loud and talk loudly in the halls in the early morning. I won't go back to this Hilton even though I love the Hilton brand.
Great service, and a really awesome pool and poolside bar. We actually spent more time at the pool than at the beach haha. The gym is pretty small but it's good for the essentials. All around, it was a great time
Fantastic time the family had..nice clean rooms.Very friendly staff. Very reasonable rates.. I will definitely use there accommodation's again.We all had a great time in key west
