This is a great hotel. The location is nice. Out ous closer enough to shopping, beach and Duvall street to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet. The staff are all super friendly and very helpful. The only inconvenience is the shuttle schedule. They do not stay early enough for the excursions. Overall this is a great hotel.

Poor representative of Fairfield properties. The check in person was very disinterested in doing her job--checking people in!! Breakfast was typical buffet, tho the labeling could use some help--turkey sausage is not the same as Canadian bacon. Trying to get out of the parking lot can be a challenge especially if you are trying to get onto US 1.
Nicely renovated rooms in new town. Great pool area. More affordable than many others because of the distance but the charter bus is a great perk. One of the best complementary breakfasts I've seen at a chain hotel. Very pleased with my stay.
