Their is an associate on every isle very pleasant change from other home depot
I went in for some tapcons I wasn't quite sure what I needed. First person they sent to me was from Lumber. The second person absolutely ruined my day as I spoke with Kelly I realize that she really didn't even care. I mentioned to her she can speak with my boss on the phone and he would give her an accurate description of the tapcons and slaves that we needed as she walked away from me mumbling saying I don't talk to people on the phone I realize that it wasn't going to happen. As I was leaving a manager came up to me and said what can I do for you. He actually got everything I needed and I left but my experience was less than satisfactory with the Home Depot try to go there at lunch time with all the quality employees are there period I normally don't leave a bad review but oh my God
Rented an auger for 3 days to do Irma damage restoration. Have a bunch on my plate so I figured rent it for 3 days and use it when I can because it's not all I am doing to recover from the storm. Rented it yesterday afternoon and didn't try to run it til today. Doesn't run. Take it back and still get charged a full days rental. Despite talking to Maria the manager I was informed that there was nothing they could do for me. Home Depot is making money hand over fist because of this devastating storm. My wife and I, her family, and family business spend plenty of money here but a corporation like Home Depot clearly doesn't care to take care of their costumers.
Mary and Jonathan were amazing they truly helped me...led to to my product and were very kind and helpful..great customer relations !!!
