Very very bad went in for a perm said she had to layer it for the perm and cut all of my hair off and didn't even get a perm hair to short know know I look like a ugly duckling and made me pay for it. Her name was Pamela and told her I wasn't happy before I left and she said come back in a few months for a perm. Husband went back and everyone was extremely rude and refused to give money back. Pamela said she knows what she did and that was that. I would not recommend anyone go here for any of their hair needs. Worst place on the island and not local friendly at all. Went in for a perm and came out with my hair chopped.off short and no perm. She didn't do nothing I asked for and it didn't even bother her. I am miserable with the way I was treated and the outcome of the whole situation. HORRIBLE PLACE

The staff as a whole are always friendly, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend Pam and her colleagues to anyone who wants professional service as well as a friendly atmosphere.
