She was reminding me about my appointments all the time, calling and texting me, which I found really annoying. I tipped her everytime, but later I found out that she is the owner!!! I have never met an owner who takes tips too. Thought $70 was enough for a few minutes of their hard job...
Had the worst experience ever! Went there a while ago for a laser hair removal. Lady who was doing the job wasn`t communicating to me really good. All she said I will not have hair growing after I`m done with the sessions. All I need to do was about 10 sessions. 1 session - $70 (1 time a week). This is the only place in Key West where you can get laser hair removal, so I decided to do it. The machine was really old, the procedures were extremly painfull, to what she said: "It`s okay. It should be like this".
Wonderful experience! Great service and very very friendly staff! They take care of every single detail until you feel refreshed and energetic!! I highly recommend visiting this place and you will have an unforgettable experience :D
I will definitely consider this place to spend my time, especially after long stressful days and workouts!

Guess what? Hair werent growing for a while but after a month or so they started to grow like I never did all these sessions. More than $700 spent for what? You will be the judge.
Every time I walked into her salon it felt like I`m on the war. She was so pushy, she tried so hard to make me do hair removal on other areas. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I just wanted to finish my sessions and leave.
Very beautiful and elegant facility, the staff is very friendly, music is soothing and relaxing. professional massage, feels like muscles relaxed and full with blood!
Lesson learned. Stupidity hurts.
