What a let down. Was told I would get a service in 24 to 48 hours. After waiting for 3 days and hearing from no-one I eventually called them to be told that nobody was available and they can't help me. If they had called me and let me know I could have made another arrangement - instead I was left hanging for 3 days without a washer / dryer. Definitely won't be using them again!

All Keys Appliance never showe up. It has been months. I have been through this time and time again. Sears, I suggest you find another contractor to handle your customers. They don't even answer there phone or call you back. Left on the back burner. I spent over 10k there during my renovation. Now I need to renovate again due to Irma. I would not purchase through sears due to the nature of the warenty work that doesn't produce. Sorry
