I have had two appointments at 8:00 am and the office was locked when I arrived a minute or two before 8. The receptionist arrived around 8:05. The dentist didn't arrive until 8:20. I was brought back to the chair at 8:30 and I finally saw the doctor at 8:40. When I asked the doctor about this, she wouldn't respond. She just said she needed to take a look in my mouth. Also, my x-rays showed I had cavities in 2 different teeth. After the doctor filled my cavity on one tooth, she said I was done. I asked her about the other tooth. She took another look and told me that I needed 2 more fillings. When I returned for the fillings, she told me my tooth was in such bad condition, I was probably going to need root canal. If I hadn't asked her about that tooth, I would have walked out with a major problem which would have become extremely serious. Don't use this doctor/office if you can afford to go somewhere else!
