Horrible experience all year round the doctor never answered my questions throughly even when I had to ask twice and staff was very rude especially the receptionists and are very incompetent when it comes to paperwork and getting back to you about anything. Will never go back.
It's very unfortunate that I have to write a bad review. I recently moved back to the Florida Keys and had to find a new OBGYN 4 months into my pregnancy. I called a few places and decided to go with Dr. Grizzle's office. I changed my health insurance, provided his office with my records from my previous OBGYN in a timely manner. His office stated that I was up for his review.... 2 weeks passed and I hadn't heard whether for not he would accept me so I rang his office. The young lady answered and said she was going to call me back in 5mins..... A week later, I am still waiting. After waiting 3 weeks for Dr. Grizzle to decide if he was going to accept me as a patient or not(which is crazy) I decided to call around. I found a doctor and now have to wait another 3weeks. Had his office not wasted my time in the beginning I would have been seen sooner by an OB. If this is how potential clients get treated, I can only imagine how his current clients are. So sad.
