My family and I have been using her professional services for years. Dr. Janice Moody has constantly been professional, competent, and helpful. I recommend her to others frequently.
Very pleased with the level of service I have received thus far. Explanation of procedures prior to performing them was thorough. No surprises to the wallet.
She was very straightforward and very professional. There were 2 MAs in the room as one was training and Dr. Moody was having them chart for her. Understandable as her hands were full with equipment as she was inspecting my wife.
As for the previous reviews, I can understand where someone might want to tell Dr. Moody the whole story and what they think is wrong but I could see how she wouldn't need that. She simply looks at the medical evidence and makes a diagnosis. Her "berating" her staff could simply be that she speaks to them as they need to chart.
I would recommend her to anyone traveling or living here.

Dr. Moody is great. Sometimes there's a wait because she gives each patient the time they need which may go beyond what's expected, but she's worth waiting for - you will also have all the time you need. When you first walk in the office you feel like you are not a patient, but among friends. The girls in the office are wonderful - very warm and friendly - they obviously understand that good "bedside manner" is crucial to patient care, not only for the doctor, but also for office staff and assistants. Dr. Moody is very thorough in explaining everything and answering any questions. I very highly recommend her (and her staff).
On vacation in Key West when my wife had what seemed like a severe ear infection/allergy reaction. Dr. Moody's office was able to get us in within 2 hours. On arrival the wait was a little longer than normal but this was not a normal visit and we were happy to be able to see her.
Same thing as Beth. I was rushed out, paid almost 400 for a consult for a deviated septum. Had questions about the process told me that I had already been there for thirty minutes and if I had more concerns to schedule another consult. This is just the icing on the cake... Plenty of issues I had that I won't go into detail about. Either way imo stay away.
