Also, the last time I was there for a routine healthy visit (required by my new insurance) he told me to come back and see him in 6 months...for what? I am young and healthy. He is trying to get money out of his patients.... $300 billed to my insurance for the check up and $200 for my 4 minute visit last week.

Dr. Jack has taken excellent care of me, since we met 5yrs ago. He even helps me, after hours. He is a good man & doctor- very kind & caring. You rarely have to wait, but it stands to reason, if you do, it's because someone was very sick & had to take priority. That's life.
Ms. Faye, it really isn't fair, to keep that poor rating of him posted, since it's incorrect. His office has always been right there. So, he really doesn't deserve that poor rating, especially since you weren't a client & it hurts his reputation. Would you please, be so kind as to remove it? I'm a business owner, too & things like that, can really hurt. Thank you & thanks for all the positive reviews you do, too. I hope you give one to my business! Cheers! :)
I have to laugh at Ms. Green. If she can't find the doctors office, I would not want her looking at my EKG!
Last week was my second time seeing Dr. Norris. Both times I have been to the office, I have had to wait between 40-50 minutes just to be seen. This was not just a checkup, I had been very ill for a week and I had questions and concerns. The face to face time I had with Dr. Norris was about 4 minutes. I was very quickly assessed, given a prescription and rushed out the door. This was a "quick fix" way to deal with a patient.
Doctor Norris is probably the most caring, concerning and interested doctor I’ve had in my 51 years. I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes and he had me in his office every day until I was able to give myself a shot. He checked my numbers every day via email to make sure I was getting my sugar levels under control. In three months, he has gotten my sugar from 500 to a daily average of 104. This man cares, genuinely cares about his patents. I am thankful to have him as my doctor.
