It's not what Kmart used to a happy sales store with staff eager to help not this store and that's a shame
The customer service is poor, but I don't blame them as much as the company. the place is old, the floors are dirty and in bad repair, the fixtures look like they were there from 1980, and they don't hire enough staff so the trend I've seen is overworked leads to not caring if it takes all day for the customer - the staff is there all day anyway.
Never had much use this place,but place else to go. The clothes selections poor. A lot of the times no price tags. Seems like you couldn't find help ,or it wasn't their area if You find someone. So that's why I made trips to the mainland for Wal-Mart. They only make it because no Wal-Mart.
I dread having to go to Kmart for anything and try to avoid it. Unfortunately, at times this means local money goes out to places like Amazon. The company needs to send a dynamic team in to fix it. Fire a few and fix up the joint and I'd bet the rest of the staff would be awesome.
A very real market place with the best team work at the service of the customers, and also going to the extra mile, cause, when a customer cannot find the item that they are looking for, the Kmart staff will get you on your way to the right place where you can find it, even if it's on the competencies market, just in the effort to satisfy the customer's needs, and the satisfaction that they do exist to please the Customer service quality needs, May God bless the Kmart Stores and America. It's ok. Hard to find help. Items are frequently out of stock. Lines tend to back up at the registers. But, it's one of the few games in town.
