I am really disappointed with the latest service. When I first moved to key West and had a couple safety recall issues, the service was great. But this last recall issue has been poorly handled. I have been trying to get a matter taken care of for over a year. The first time I attempted, I made an appointment, brought my car in and when I was called to pick it up, they told me they hadn't done it and had to order another part. Said they would call. Never did.
I'm surprised to see the poor reviews. I've used Duncan Ford and Toyota for service since moving to Key West about 6 years ago. They have worked on our Prius, Tacoma, Camry, Taurus, and Lexus, I've had 100% satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of their work. I find them friendly, competent and honest. I purchased the Camry from them because of the good service. The sales manager, Raul, help solve registration problems with my Tacoma even though I bought it in Michigan. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. ******
Got a set of new tires from them and took care of me extremely well.. couldn't ask for anything better
I went again a couple weeks later to see if part was in. Was told still on order, they would call. Never did. I called next time, was told someone would call back. Never did. Called again. Same result. Now am once again waiting for a call back. My next step if this is not addressed soon will be to file a complaint.
Had my brakes done on my sequoia and they left 3 lug nuts off.
I would've given them a lower rate if there was one. I am not sure how the car sales works there but the service and car care sucks big time, it's terrible, I am not sure how they are still in business. I am trying to fix my car there with the warranty for like 3 months but they keep telling me all kind of bullshit.
Had work done on my Prius and they left the lower engine cover un attached so about a mile out of the shop it ripped completely out. I will always drive to Miami to get anything done to my cars, this place is a nightmare!
