I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Ivan is the best. His customer service is impeccable. In fact, the truck delivering a shipment of cars (post hurricane Irma) arrived at 6 pm. Even though they close at 7pm Ivan took his time showing me all of my options within the inventory. He showed me every car available, helped me navigate through them, and assissted me in making the best choice for my family and our budget. The finance department spent time finding the best rate for me. Because it was well past closing time Ivan delivered my new car to me at work the next morning! Wow! This is my 3rd Kia from here over the years, (growing family). Ivan has helped me with each of my cars. Every trade in Ivan and the finance department have been amazing. JC and Damien at the service center are awesome. They are friendly and cordial. I go in for an oil change and get a free car wash too. I will never buy another car anywhere else. You can't beat the warranty and the exceptional customer service. We are so grateful to everyone at Key West Kia!

Kia of Key West has the worst service dept lied about work done on my car. Hung up on my phone call and during the phone call nothing but swearing in the back ground the time I lived in Key West it was nothing but bad service from Key West Kia. Many things recalled on my Sportage and they lied about things so they don't have to cover them.
