Very nice room (#2). The wifi signal is a bit spotty, but I'm not on vacation to be on my device all day, so it's fine. Nice location away from most of the places on Duval with loud music after dark. Great hospitality, solid continental breakfast, and a discount on (great) drinks at the Rum Bar downstairs are all pluses in my book!

Absolutely friendly and accommodating staff is like family. Right above the Rum Bar and in a great location. After getting back 'home', it was great to sit on the porch or balcony to people watch.
Very quaint rooms. Friendly staff. Fantastic location, within walking distance to everything Free Continental breakfast. We arrived to find home baked cookies, bottles of water in the refrigerator and chocolates on bed. One caveat, if you plan on sleeping in do not choose a floor level room. Activity on the streets start early.
